Time flies and the Holidays are quickly approaching. During this special time of year, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and other travel are full of Black Friday specials. In this update for Get Out There Cruise and Travel, we are sharing some of the specials currently being offered as well as a reminder that Carnival Cruise Lines continues to recognize our military and veterans each and every cruise. Finally, be certain to take a look at our sailing in September 2025 to Nova Scotia. We have a group sailing from Boston, MA to Portland, ME, then on to Halifax and Sydney, Nova Scotia, and finally stopping in St. John, Newfoundland. In addition to the beautiful ports, we'll enjoy a couple of sea days and, while ashore, we can indulge in some wonderful New England seafood. Space for this group cruise is limited so contact us if you are interested. With 22 people already booked, it is certain to be a good time. While we focus on cruising, we have assisted customers with all-inclusive and other land based vacations. Let us know what you want and we'll do our best to help.
We, at Get Out There Cruise and Travel are thankful for you, our clients and friends who have supported us throughout 2024 and booked your travel with us. And so it is from our home to yours, we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. If you are traveling this holiday weekend, please be careful and be safe. We look forward to working with you again on your next vacation.
With gratitude and thanks.

I am often asked when it is the best time to see the Northern Lights? While there is no guarantee you will see them, the best times are later in September through the end of March when the days are shorter. However, if you prefer more daylight, there is still plenty to see in the land of fire and ice. In fact, you can take a cruise around Iceland or join a guided tour. Whatever your preference is, reach out to us and let's get you to an unforgettable experience, and perhaps, a glimpse of the Northern Lights or most certainly the Blue Lagoon.
Alaska Cruises and Cruise Tours: One of the most spectacular places I've had the opportunity to cruise was Alaska. There are a range of cruises to choose from and they can include combining land packages with cruises. It's not too early to start planning your Alaskan voyage next year. Here is a short video of some of Alaska's sites on the land portion of a cruise tour by Royal Caribbean.
